"The place was old it’s like many years did not upgrade,the bed was very very uncomfortable,Room was stinky the door inside had a lot of scratches and some Coler gone the staff didn’t have really energy to welcome you or on check out same over all 1/5 star only"

"The property was located downtown. Convenient to restraunts and bars. Our room was ok, it was a little old and a little worn down. It was a non smoking room but smelt like smoke. For me personally I like to park my car and have access to it. Here you had no other option but to Valet and that not my jam."

"Overall, we had a good stay at the Hilton Concord. The front desk staff were polite, helpful, and quick to respond to any requests. Our room was clean and comfortable, which made the stay pleasant. The food was okay — not bad, but there’s room for improvement. However, the water pressure in the shower was too low, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the excellent customer service made up for it, and we would consider staying here again."

"The room was not clean. First thing we heard was the toilet running/flashing continuously. Call and went to front desk report the problem. The maintenance guy came to fix it. After he left the problem continues. We noticed the chains to the flipper in the toilet was broken. Every time the toilet get flashed the water continues running. The toilet runs all night. Breakfast was only egg and sausage. Sausage was not cook. My kid got sick after breakfast. Staffs wasn’t friendly or useful."
