Prime location to Pittsburgh highlights! The unit was spotlees clean, all the esentials available and comunication with the property management was on point.

It fulfilled what we needed. They left us out one towel for two people. We found a second in the bedroom closet. If they make a mistake there is no one there to help on the ground. Cozy suites have a communication gap between filling out info online and actually getting it. Wish them luck. Not sure we will be back.

This "hotel" apartment did the bare minimum to create a place to stay. Yes, it was a room but the bed was the thinest piece of foam i've slept on. Every hostel i've stayed in had a better bed than this one. There was tape in the shower because work was still being done? and toilet paper was pretty much tracing paper. The cleaner could've did a better job as well. Check-in process was cumbersome and required me to call support. Better off getting a hostel or hotel. Will avoid companies like this in the future.

Its was great.

Unfortunately my gf left the necklace i got her on the desk, or maybe fell behind it. Im trying to get ahold of the manager now. Other than that it was perfect.
