Our stay was good, just needs to be updated. It was comfortable, Location was excellent, close to mall, many options to eat, close to the PA turnpike. If we needed to we would stay again.

The staff was excellent. They were kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. We didn’t need the kitchenette, but there plenty of items for use available at the desk if we had needed them. The breakfast was continental, but that is how it was advertised, so there was no surprise there. There were muffins, breakfast bars, and instant oatmeal available along with coffee and tea.

When we got checked in the room we were given wasnt ready so the gentleman at the front desk got us a different room very quickly and the rest of the stay had no problem... room was very clean and staff was very helpful and friendly

I did not end up staying. Couldn't get my door open because it was jammed tight in the frame. The bed was on the cheapest frame with 5 legs and would literally slide across the floor since they were uncarpeted floors. The FIRE sprinkler was wrapped with masking tape since they painted, but the paint job was pretty poor. There was a family with kids a couple doors down but the walls were so thin it sounded like they were in my room. The room was just below standards !! The front desk attendant was very nice and knew his job and was very polite when I told him the problems and wanted a refund and was leaving.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the room was clean. However, the grounds outside had a lot of litter and the landscaping had been let go so everything was shaggy and overgrown. While the room was clean, the kitchen had no dishes, silverware, coffee pot, etc., and there was no blow dryer in the bathroom. When I asked about this I was told that I could check items out from the front desk. However, their one blow dryer was already checked out so I was out of luck (my words, not theirs, they were very nice about it). I've stayed in other hotels with kitchens, and they provided dishes, glasses, silverware, etc., so I wasn't expecting to have to deal with absolutely nothing in the room. Very disappointing, and I probably won't stay here again. I also hate that hotels don't do daily housekeeping anymore, although I know that's not specific to this chain.

Breakfast is a scam. They had a coffee machine and few muffins calling it breakfast. No kettles and coffee in the room. Enough it has a stove its absolutely useless. Unless you ask for kitchen utensils they dont provide. Even the the pans and pots they give is sub standard. Room is not clean. The carpets smell of mess and dampness. Ac was good though. Bed linen cleanliness is below average. Bathroom cleanliness and towels is fair. This doesn't deserve the distinction of a Hotel, the quality is far less than a motel. Pilgrims to Monroeville Venkateswara temple and tourists in general dont absolutely trust the pictures of the suite while booking. Not worth the weekend hoped inflated price. It's worth only for 50 to 60 USD pernight nothing more. Rest all is a scam.
