The room was not clean. It was disgusting. The walls were gross. They had marks all over them that looked like smeared bodily fluids. The ceiling was actually falling with stains and broken patches that looked like pipes were burst above. Fortunately, we were only sleeping and leaving. The beds seemed clean, but my blanket was stained.

The room was disgusting. Carpet looked dirty and was fraying where it met the tile. There were stains on the duvet covers and the walls. The lotion,shampoo and conditioner bottle s were left from the previous guest, they were 1/2 empty. The bathroom room had dirt in the corner s, the tub had a dirt ring around it and the shower head leaked. There were only 2 working lightbulbs above the sink. The coffee pot was broken and they only left decaf in the room. The toilet seat was cracked and repaired with caulking. It also didn't flush well so they left a plunger in the bathroom that is unsanitary. The person who checked us in didn't even tell us her name, but we did hear her life history. The door lock was broken and not repaired. The dead bolt did work thankfully. The washer , dryer, ice machine and vending machines were all broken. The customer printer didn't work. It was just a trash heap and that's a compliment!

When my family arrived, the room was dirty. Food was on the floor and unclean blankets were lying around. My daughter went to the bathroom and poop was on the toilet. My husband left the hotel and had to find another place to stay for the night. We will be seeking a full refund.

This was the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Had to move rooms 2 times and they got worse and worse. Absolutely disgusting and should be shut down.
Every surface was dirty and you could tell it wasn’t a one time forgot to clean thing.
All the bedding was dirty and stained in every room.

Splatters of who knows what on the ceilings, floors, and walls in every room.

The water pressure was too low to flush the toilet or take a shower. The AC racket was too loud to be in the room at the same time. Turning it off didn't help. Had to trip the breaker on the plug. I knew $100/night wouldn't be the 4 seasons, but this was like camping.

The room was absolutely horrible and dated. The lock on the adjoining room door didn’t have a lock, there was no fire/smoke detector attached to the wall, just wires. There was random hairs in the bed and stains splashed on the walls and lamp shade. Didn’t even stay 5 minutes. Would NOT recommend!

It was absolutely disgusting. There was mold on the walls from water damage, the carpets were peeling up, layers of dust and dirt on the side tables, the ac had mold in the vents so it was blowing mold spores all through the room, there was mold in the shower and tub, a light fixture by the door had no cover on it, just exposed bulbs and wires, the lamp shade was literally falling apart into pieces, and the room smelled so strong of Lysol that it took my breath away every time I walked in. The staff was not terrible, but not great. The cleaning lady was rude. We ending up leaving early.

Unclean facility in general, the room smell really bad. Towels and sheets not too clean, had to put a towel in the trash because it had a bandage sticking to it.
