Beautiful, clean home! Perfect for a family!

This home was huge, immaculate and was perfect for my us, our 4 kids (ages 13,11,4,2) and our parents. The property manager was only a quick text away (only issue was the hot water was scalding and when staying with little kids we needed to be careful). The location was like 1 mile drive away from PNC park/ restaurants on the north shore and less than 2 miles from the strict district and downtown. We made it work but it really isn’t walkable for kids especially in the heat of the summer. The neighbor has a lot of new buildings going up and work in progress to revitalize it but it has a long way to go - not the cleanest area. We would stay again because the house was a great home base for us and fit all of our needs- we know the area well so we navigated getting around just fine.

Wonderful

The property was beautiful, it was clean and comfortable. The host was amazing, they did a great job with communication and making sure everything was going smoothly with my stay. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

Great home base for stay in PGH

We planned a last minute 2-day trip to PGH before the kids went back to school. No real research going in, and a relatively cursory search for places to stay. We lucked into this property, which was clean, quiet, spacious, and very well decorated. The neighborhood appears to be in transition, with several buildings being rehabbed or new construction surrounding the location. Despite that, we had no trouble with noise or ability to get in or out, and it felt completely safe (frankly, we barely saw anyone else except construction workers). We were just blocks to the highway, which seems to be the only way to get around PGH, but again it was surprisingly quiet. The only item to consider is that the area has very few walkable options for dining, coffee, etc. I would guess that will come with time, but we had to get in the car for most things.

Comfortable, clean, supplied

Our stay here was very satisfying. The location was convenient to all of the downtown amenities (just beware of odd Pittsburgh streets). The house was clean and comfortable and supplied with all of the necessities. We will stay here again if we visit the Pittsburgh area.
