“All employees were so wonderful and accommodating, waterpark was a fun time for all involved, would book with this property again and again just on customer service alone! Was looking forward to breakfast that wasn’t included, so just prepare ahead. Expedia however didn’t have current operations hours posted on their site and took away half of our promised experience. Thank you to the staff at Splash Universe for a great time!”

“I and three colleagues booked a room on Hotels.com on April 29, but on May 13 (after 10:30 pm) the three colleagues were suddenly told that there were no rooms available and no alternative accommodation was arranged. At the last minute, we had to find our own hotel, which made me very nervous and disappointed. If I could give zero stars I would absolutely do so”

“I was greeted upon check in by Margaret. I asked if a couple packets of mustard were available for purchase. She took the time to try and find some, but to know avail. I told her I truly appreciated her efforts. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again and heartily recommend this establishment.”
