“We had planned our family reunion months ago and just happened to be coming down when there was the huge Cottonwood fire not too far away. Lisa did an amazing job of keeping contact with us in the day leading up to the trip, and letting us know about potential power outages (which didn’t happen). She was so open and friendly and just made our stay so easy even with the unsurety of everything that was happening with the fire. “Very cute comfortable tiny house cabin close to Monroe Mnt. UTV trails. Also rented the UTV from Rhet and Kim, lots of fun exploring the mountain. Rhet and Kim great hosts. Campground shop and ice cream next door was an asset..”

“Property was exactly what was online. Very nice place. loved it and we will be back. Clean rooms, kitchen had everything you needed. Family friendly! Our grandkids loved it, they played and got dirty. We all enjoyed ourselves.”

They do live in the basement, but after introducing themselves when we arrived, they……

“The cabin was great with the exception of the air not working, so the temp was in the 80s. There were lots of fans to help with air circulation though. The grill for cooking was dirty and we were unable to find any tools to clean it up. Would be exceptional if not for these things. ”

“Excellent stay. Spacious cabin with great views! We had everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone. ”

“Everything was very comfortable and well maintained. The was a misunderstanding on the room situation that the owner was attentive to resolve and we enjoyed the entire stay.”

“We had the most amazing time with family here! Excellent home, beautiful views, very clean. Kitchen and home is well stocked, comfortable and perfect for family time! Would return and highly recommend! Great communication with host. Thank you for a great experience 10/10”
