"I was worried about this property not having a bathroom en suite, but the host and property manager made me feel better and made the stay amazing. The people and service were great, the cabin super cute and cozy and the location beautiful. The only drawback was that they charged me $5,ooo for the deposit, which was strange. But it then took over 2 weeks to get a refund. Usually the deposit is only taken if there was a problem during the stay. "
Enchanting Ski In Ski Out Log Cabin in Beaver at Eagle Point Resort, sleeps 20+
10/10 Excellent
"Host was remarkable and the property/house was outstanding. Proximity to the slopes is next level, allowed for the family to come and go back and forth, we had kids from 11, 12, 15, and I felt safe for them to come and go as they wanted from the resort. Absolutely a trip we'll come back to. I'm just bullying the owner to put in a hot tub that would have put it over the top. "

"The condo itself was perfect for our family of 4. Right in the Main ski lodge area - close enough to walk to the office and take the free shuttle up to the Sky Lodge. Liz was quick to respond to any questions and emails we sent. We would definitly stay here again! Thank You"
Modern Scandinavian cabin steps away from slopes. Ski-in-Ski-out with Jacuzzi!
4/10 Poor
"A misleading listing. The listing doesn’t mention that your unit is actually a shared one, with a door connecting the two. You have to just hope the other people staying there don’t come in. They just had a little courtesy rope across the stairs to separate the two. Plus, if you’re planning to use the jacuzzi listed that is also shared. You have to walk in front of their living room, and hope that they aren’t there either. We had maintenance come out because the showers weren’t getting hot, and the guy (super nice) just said that it’s a single water heater for all the units and that with large groups staying in both it just runs out. Plus he told us about other things that were broken that weren’t in the listing. All of this after having to contact VRBO to get the owners number because they didn’t send us any check in info, and the number listed didn’t work. We found a bunch of items that showed the place wasn’t cleaned very well, with towels still in the laundry, left over food in the refrigerator and freezer, and other things. We asked where trash bags were and they told us they were in a locked container in the garage with no way to unlock it?The location is pretty nice, not quite Ski in and out as you have to cross the street then climb a little hill to the run. It could have been a better situation just knowing these things before hand. We probably wouldn’t have booked it knowing the space and jacuzzi was all shared. "
"I rarely write poor reviews, but I feel this circumstance deserves to be shared. We rented the property for two nights in September. Upon entering the rental, we noticed the floor could have used a more thorough cleaning, but no big deal. As we were settling in for the evening, my husband bent down to pick a couch pillow off the floor. Under the couch he spotted a mouse on a sticky trap. Gross, but we just placed it outside. I fell asleep on the couch and woke up to the smell of propane in the condo. The fireplace had kicked on explaining the smell, but I wanted to find a carbon monoxide detector to make sure I wouldn’t fall asleep and never wake up in the event the fireplace was malfunctioning. I never found a CO2 detector, but I did find the smoke detector—sitting on a shelf and most certainly not connected. In the morning my son woke up and told us his room was very stinky. We did a search and found a second decaying mouse and a dirty pair of underwear under the bed. We left after one night. I contacted the property to let them know there were some things to address in the unit. They were very kind and told me they’d refund the night we didn’t stay. That refund never came through and now the property will not return my messages. "
MARYSVALE UT-Charming 3Bed/2Bath Cabin 1400 sq ft TOP FLOOR on OHV
Paiute Trail
10/10 Excellent
"Location is perfect, just minutes from great trails and and famous bullion canyon, Peggy was very attentive and friendly, but also gave us our space. The upstairs space is HUGE! Very comfy and rustic. The covered parking was definitely a plus for us since it rained off and on. The only issue we had was the master bedroom got VERY hot the 1st night. We figured it out tho for the rest of our stay you just need to make a good draft of airflow thru the house. After the first night we didn’t have issues. Hands down will stay again"
