Placencia Village has it all. You're with in walking distance to everything. The best two local beach bars only a two min walk down the sidewalk. The corner market at the top of the street. Plenty of excellent restaurants all with in walking distance. Tour companies at your fingertips. The snorkeling is amazing. Rent a kayak or a paddle board, and you most likely will see a school of dolphins pass you buy. If you prefer a jungle adventure, there is several places only an hour a way, along with cave tubing, zip-lining, hiking or just a good old fashion nature walk.
