Relax in air-conditioned comfort or enjoy ocean breezes by opening windows and using ceiling fans help keep you cool in the warm tropical weather, while a flat-screen cable TV, free WiFi, and a full kitchen provide all the essentials of home. Central AC keeps the whole space cool and comfortable. It's easy to soak up sun by the shared pool and beach while lounging in the patio furniture.

This condo is located steps from the beach, where you can enjoy peaceful moments with the surf splashing the sand. Placencia Village is just four miles to the south. Old and Musty Smelling

We stayed 10 nights, had to ask for hairdryer and clean towels and sheets after 5 days. No hairdryer.

This room was just ok. The area was quiet and easy to access. If you are on a budget, it works. Overall it was clean but the bed was uncomfortable. The shower faucets were loose and coming off the wall.

The worst.

Rats in the villa, beach not cleaned in a long time and stunk. Refridge front door rusty. Very poorly maintained. I was there when it was Roberts Grove and it was fantastic. So sad. Slept on the deck the second night because of rats. Moved the next morning to a new resort. We had called them the night at 8pm and they did nothing until the next day around 10 am. We got part of our money back. Also no services at all. Pictures and web site are deceiving. Beware

Awesome stay!

We had a car so it was easy getting around, big parking, awesome apartment just where we wanted it. (Second floor with view). And beautiful rooms! Enough pools, so that we actually got one of the pools for us self. It was great. Had problems with the fridge, but a guy came and fixed it 30 minutes after contacting them (this in he evening! So good service! Everything we needed! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Vacasa in Placencia, Belize Mile 18.5 !!

Stayed here the first 2 nights of our vacation before setting Sail with Tradewinds. Very nice clean property, nice pool, and right on the water. Several good restaurants within walking distance !!!!
