If I had to complaint it would be, no Keurig coffee machine in my room. I think it’s wrong that it’s only in the Suites. Should be in all rooms. I understand why there’s no microwaves, but that still sucks as well. And the walk from the hotel room to the casino it’s a bit far but also a good exercise

My husband and I had been to a red Hawk Casino but never the hotel. This year for our anniversary we decided to stay at the hotel. The room we had (Deluxe King) was quite nice. The bed was firm, the room large, and clean, and quiet.

This was a great little find on our Drive south from Lake Tahoe towards Yosemite. Very new facility so the quality and finish of all of the rooms was great.

I recently stayed at the new resort and was impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities and rooms. The spaciousness of the room and the comfort of the bed made for a relaxing stay. The pool area was a bit small but our kids enjoy it. I was a bit disappointed by the outdated TV in the room. In today's age, especially with the high rate charged, I expected a better TV experience, such as a smart TV. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but an upgrade to the TV would greatly enhance the experience.

Rooms are amazing. Huge Casino. Need to figure out the Buffet as it was completely over-crowded. Great place though.

Fantastic!!! I have no complaints!! I stayed 3 nights and from the moment I drove up and met the valet Nicolas to the moment I checked out, I felt safe, comfortable and secure. The views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking!!!

Overall, the hotel impressed with its updated facilities, offering a modern and comfortable stay. However, a minor setback was encountered when discovering two used bandaids in an otherwise clean shower.

Clean hotel. Very comfortable and quiet rooms are a nice size and the shower was amazing. Away from the hustle of the casino. Good customer service from valet to Bell to east check in. Can’t wait until it gets warmer to stay and try out the pool.

Amazing staff from the minute we pulled up to valet, baggage attendant and front desk staff. They were so friendly and attentive. They made us feel right at home. Rooms were super clean, lots of space, shower had alot of space,beautiful view. The apex (fun zone ) was really nice, clean, food was very good for a american grill type food.

Kids Quest was wonderful. Our kids really enjoyed that and the go carts in the Apex. They control your go cart speed though and that was a bummer for my son who got stuck going slower than his younger sister and he was driving very carefully. Shortage of staffing in the Apex and restaurants. Virtual reality in apex wasn’t running for the 3 days we were there. Steakhouse wasn’t open nor was the buffet restaurant. No map, so we didn’t know there was a nonsmoking casino floor until our last day there. Good time, but can’t say we would go back.
