I have pictures of bugs crawling in the room. It was dirty, nothing was clean. And i ended up in my car. I want to be remberst asap. They also didnot exept my card, and had me pay in cash. A total of 260.00 I would like for this to be taken care of. You can giveme a voucher for the same amount. I have been a long time cumstomer. And, i would like for this to be rectified. Asap. Thank you.

Clean, quiet over all. Well except for fire Alarms goin off b/c a guest was smoking in a non smoking hotel🙄. Had to wait for fire dept to come shut them off.

The bathroom was dirty and just felt unclean. There were spots on the counter and in the shower. There was no remote for the TV and you could hear other people taking a shower from the room next door.

We stayed in room 19 it was much nicer than pictures. It had a frig and microwave. We brought our own coffee pot a must for early risers. Very close to the outlets and Gillette Stadium. We would recommend and go again.
