“This was our 3rd time staying in this cottage.We enjoy the home and how convenient it is for walking and driving to interesting and fun places!The home is decorated beautifully.It has 2 good size bedrooms with big closets!The kitchen is well supplied & spacious.The dining and front room areas are very nice.There is a great outside siting area with a grill!We enjoyed it all.We have family nearby and plan to return again.They enjoyed visiting us at this lovely cottage.”

“This “Old Florida” lakefront cottage was perfect for us! It was spotless with plenty of linens and a well-equipped kitchen. We had a Celebration of Life and asked folks to bring chairs to enjoy the huge grass yard by Eagle Lake. The lot runs from the road to the Lake so there was plenty of parking. Highly recommend this property and its responsive and thoughtful host.”

“Big Bucs fan, so renting this location was a no brainer. We were able to walk to Raymond James Stadium for the game. Absolutely clean, beautiful home. Dee was a good host. The fire pit was in rough shape but she replaced it with a new one the next day. Overall we were quite satisfied with our stay and would rent again.”

“Stay was awesome, Host was very committed to our comfort and very responsive. House wasn’t clean upon check in and our code didn’t work, but he made sure that was fixed within 5 minutes of our arrival! “I met Leah at the end of my stay. I found out she is responsible for the amazingly clean accommodations! This was one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in for a long time. I frequent pricey hotels and vacation homes. It seems properties (hotels and private residencies) do the bare minimum regarding cleaning. I know oftentimes housekeeping has limited time to clean, short staffing, etc. Leah is different - she gives a special home touch to the residence. I don’t know how she accomplishes this……
