Fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable beds, and effective A/C and fans (we visited on a heat advisory day). The building is a short walk to the capitol and other amenities. 「Stayed here after an LSU night game so was here only a short while. There was dust and hair all over the baseboards and behind the bathroom doors. The drain for the shower was definitely clogged. AC did not get the apartment below 75 degrees. The queen size bed had cinderblocks underneath to hold it up because it was definitely broken. This place was find to sleep for our very short stay, but I would not have wanted to stay longer. 」

「The bathroom was totally unacceptable and the whole building had an odor. I don't require the Ritz, but I also don’t do 49 a night motels. The mold on the shower curtain was totally unacceptable and the shower head hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. We spent the night Friday night out of necessity because we got into town so late and we left early the next morning. So we booked the room for 2 nights and only stayed 8 hours.
