“Das Zimmer war an sich gut, aber sowohl ein paar Tassen als auch die Gläser waren bei Ankunft schmutzig und mussten von uns erstmal gespült werden. Im Badezimmer an der Heizung war das Kabel defekt und im Schlafzimmer ging die linke Steckdose irgendwie nicht. Location war top. Alles zentral ablaufbar wenn man gut zu Fuss ist. Balkon war super. ”

“Ottimo soggiorno e camera premium spaziosa. Nonostante fosse di fronte alla stazione del treno non si sentiva nulla. Peccato per il set di cortesia mancante, niente accappatoio e niente pantofole. Colazione buona e staff cordiale ”

“Great location, excellent staff, clean and modern. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and had great variety. However, the food for dinner was not anything above average. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Location in the heart of Jewish Kazimierz District, lots of nice cheap restaurants around. You can explore the Area on foot easily, and walking to the Old Town is only 15 min away, which may be less than the waiting time for the Tram! The apartment itself is very nice & super clean. I enjoyed staying in Rm 14 on the 3rd floor, which has a nice open terrace decorated with beautiful plants! I had my breakfast outside with fresh air and flowers. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary……

“If you are looking for something different, it's a perfect place. The hotel actually floats on the river, and you can (very rarely) feel the waves rocking it a tiny bit. The ceiling upstairs is quite low, but it's obvious from the pictures. It's within 20-30 min walk from the town centre and 5 min walk from the congress centre - perfect if you are in Krakow for a congress.”

“Menu colazione incredibile, con disponibilità di prodotti senza glutine. Struttura e camera pulite. Posizione buona per visitare a piedi Kazimierz, a 20 minuti a piedi dalla città vecchia, comunque ben servita dai tram a 5 minuti dall'hotel. Parcheggio secondo me caro. Zona Spa molto pulita bella vista su Cracovia, forse pochi lettini. In ogni caso consiglio la struttura.”

“Bar was available if you spoke to staff - weather was cold so they sat in reception and would assist if you wanted a drink. There are a couple of Zabkas in the old town, The Forum is close by and has a food court. There's also an excellent restaurant on a boat a 2 minute walk away. ”

“Really lovely hotel, really clean, absolutely spotless infact, bed was actually really comfy, breakfast was lovely, only downfall really was there was no other food options and no bar, you could order shorts to your room but it would have been a lovely touch to be able to go for a drink in the restaurant in the afternoon or at night and there was no option for this. All staff were friendly and spoke very good English, would highly recommend, would actually give 4.5 stars if able to”

“This hotel is amazing. The rooms are lovely, very cool decor. Even though they are smaller rooms the set up and amenities are excellent. There is sound from the TV in the bedroom and bathroom. So you can listen to the news while brushing your teeth. The spa is stunning, and so relaxing. Gym so quiet and has everything you need. ”

“Food was lovely. No toaster though Rooms were cleaned Dailey although some days not until gone 4. Staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful”
