Wonderful location on the beach - away from the main strip but only a few minutes walk away. Staff were amazing and so helpful. Great room amazing view. Blue Dome Hotel

Lights were too dimmed so it was dark in the room, no coffee or tea in the room, notes about lowering or turning the AC when you were not in the room were everywhere, towels were looking cheap, the beach towels were very old , we were only allowed to change them 3 times in 10 days trip and the bathroom look really dated with no fan. The trash in the kitchen was so tiny Breakfast menu was ok, we just thought it would be more options vs the same menu every day. Also we rented a car through the hotel and we didn’t receive what was promised to us. The car was very dated 2001 model and overpriced. We returned it the second day and rented something else 2024 model for a cheaper price. The location was great and the stuff was friendly and caring.

Highly recommend this hotel. Amazing breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, small pool area with a great pool bar and service at the beach. Quiet location, but still only one road down from the Main Street with lots of restaurants, bars and tourist shops. Simple rooms, but clean. Only downside is hard beds.

The room was clean, but poorly designed. We were in our room and could not use the closet or dresser because the doors don't open because the bed was in the way. Our family members stayed in a different room and had a totally different tv then ours and channels. They had a smart tv, and we had a computer screen. The room was comfortable and we had a great view of the water. No front desk after 6pm and bar closes at 9. I would say it’s good for those who want quiet and relaxation. Cleaning crew was good. We didn't eat the breakfast or try the restaraunt as we were up and going before they opened. Overall it wasn't bad but I thought it would be a lot better based on the instagram page and price of hotel. Still not a bad place though and I would recommend it to my elders.

Super beliggenhed og hÞj standard. Morgenmaden er nok det dÄrligste jeg har prÞvet. Man fÄr en lille platte med tÞrt brÞd og sÄ mÄ man bestille en ekstra ting fra et menukort, som Êg, yougurt eller pandekager eller noget andet. Man venter utrolig lang tid pÄ det. Buffe havde nok virket meget bedre.

Das Hotel ĂŒberzeugt mit dem kostenlosen Angebot an Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirmen am Strand – ein klarer Vorteil fĂŒr GĂ€ste. Zu beachten ist jedoch die Konsumationspflicht am Strand. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck wird derzeit nicht als Buffet, sondern individuell serviert. FĂŒr den gezahlten Preis der Übernachtungen wirkt das FrĂŒhstĂŒcksangebot eher bescheiden und wenig abwechslungsreich. Besonders bei hoher Auslastung kommt es vor, dass die KĂŒche mit den zahlreichen Bestellungen ĂŒberfordert ist – auch wenn das Team stets freundlich und bemĂŒht bleibt. Fantastisk fint beliggenhet pÄ stranda. Hotellet har fin utendÞrs restaurant med veldig god frokost. Man ser ut over bassengomrÄdet , grÞnne plener og stranda og havet. Fint lite hotell liggende direkte pÄ standen. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Stort pluss var at det var mulig Ä fÄ solsenger nesten nÄr som helt pÄ dagen. Selv om gi gikk ut kl 10 eller om vi hadde vÊrt borte fant vi alltid en ledig solseng. Studio-rommene er ikke sÄ store, men det er nok plass til Ä bevege seg og pakke ut kofferten. God mat pÄ restauranten, spiste der 5 av 7 dager. Gode smoothie i baren. Eneste negative var at sengene var harde, men fikk beskjed i resepsjonen nÄr jeg nevnte det da vi sjekket ut at de kunne ordnet ekstra madrass om man syntes sengene var harde sÄ tips til andre som synes det.

Behagelig beliggenhet med fantastisk service

Har tidligere bodd pÄ flere hotell i platanias omrÄdet og dette er ett hotell jeg gjerne vil reise tilbake til. Veldig serviceinnstilte ansatte som fÞlger med uten Ä vÊre pÄtrengende. Ved ankomst fikk vi god informasjon om hotellet og tilbud om en forfriskende lemonade. Solsengen pÄ stranden er gratis for hotellets gjester, sÄ lenge vi handlet for 8 euro i baren, men de ansatte fortalte oss at de ikke sjekket om vi handlet i baren. Det var store gode leiligheter (vi hadde 1 soverom, stue, bad og 2 terrasser/uteplasser) Noe som trekker litt ned pÄ totalen er at de ikke skiftet sengetÞyet pÄ soverommet den uken vi bodde pÄ hotellet. Ellers var renholdet bra. Selve hotellet ligger rett med sjÞen og kort avstand til hovedgaten, men det er stille og rolig ved hotellet

Lovely relaxed place, on the beach.

A lovely, intimate hotel, tucked down a quiet road, but just a short walk to the many bars and restaurants of the resort centre. Located right on the beach, a perfect location. Despite visiting towards the end of the season, staff were friendly, helpful and ready with a smile. All together a great place, in a really great location where it was very easy to relax, escape and enjoy the wonders of Crete. Highly recommended.

This is a darling boutique hotel on the beach with wonderful staff and a fantastic restaurant on the premises. It's tucked away from the busy street traffic in town but you can easily walk to that if you choose. I loved my stay there and would definitely return.

HĂŽtel sympa , en bord de plage

Nous avons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour dans cet hĂŽtel pendant 15 jours , trĂ©s calme et Ă  deux pas de tous les commerces, bars et restaurants. transats de la plage de l'hĂŽtel un peu cher 6€ ! Surtout que juste au dessus il y a les transats de la piscine qui sont gratuits . Il suffit juste d'arriver au bon moment pour en avoir !

JÀttetrevligt hotell, jag har bott pÄ 5-stjÀrniga. Men detta var ett av de bÀsta hotellen ÀndÄ. Grym service, speciellt Elena och Petra i receptionen. SuperlÀckert omrÄde! Och fin strand. Allt toppen!

Besökte hotellet 29.5-5.6 2016. Hotellet var bra och jag hade bokat en studio (fick den bĂ€sta studion pĂ„ andra vĂ„ningen, med bra sidoutsikt till havet, rum nummer 127). Rummet var ok, rent och hade allt man behövde, men en aning trĂ„ngt (svĂ„rt att fĂ„ upp kylskĂ„psdörren eftersom den var vĂ€nd Ă„t fel hĂ„ll och tog i stolarna som fanns nĂ€ra). HĂ„rtorken Ă€r dĂ„lig, har man behov av att torka sitt hĂ„r sĂ„ Ă€r det nog bĂ€st att man tar egen med sig (jag köpte en för 27€ i butiken nĂ€ra). De anstĂ€llda pĂ„ hotellet var mycket vĂ€nliga och i receptionen finns ocksĂ„ en dam frĂ„n Finland. Solstolar finns vid poolen och vid stranden sĂ„ det var trevligt att man kunde vĂ€lja. Kan varmt rekomendera hotellet.

Wonderful resort

The staff was amazing and very attentive when we needed assistance. The room was large with a large balcony to enjoy. Pool was very clean along with the rest of the resort. Our only negative comment was that the water at the beach was very foggy and not clear like some of the other areas. Great food and wine!!

Et mindre Äpent og pent hotell. God service, fine fasiliteter og renslig. Fine Äpne rom og greit bad. Vaskedamene gjorde en nÞye jobb sÄ det fÞltes alltid rent og ryddig ut.
