I believed some housekeepers are very serious in their task some are just getting by. For two days, no refill for my coffees capsules. 3. I find that Hotel.com choices of rooms in Neuchatel City are very limited. More can be done in between to have availability for bookings. Especially the double large rooms with fridge. 4. "Unfortunately the funicular train nearby goes under maintenance. This will be very very inconvenient if you need to take your luggage from the train station to the hotel. Suggest for the hotel to equip small fridge for the room. "
