「Honestly a really nice and cute hotel. Only thing is that when you pay at the beginning they add a 20% fee for incidentals, which is fine, but every time they did that the screen would show one amount and the charge on my bank app would show another. 「Great property, friendly staff and we appreciate the shuttle service!」

「Had the hotel for 2 nights but since I took my luggage with me after the first night the staff checked me out of my room even though I never formally checked out or notified the front desk that I was leaving. Later on that evening when I returned, a couple was assigned my room and came in while I was in there. Afterwards, when night management clocked in, again my room was assigned to another couple, that came in again while I was in my room. Not the best hotel experience I've had.」
