Magical PENTHOUSE, truly a hidden gem! Private beach, gym, spa and restaurants!

  • This penthouse is by far one of the most beautiful in the whole city. It is in a prime location called MAREAZUL inside the CORASOL complex surrounded by jungle trees and a beautiful private beach. Its location is the perfect mix because is just a 5-7 minutes in a taxi or driving from the action but away from the crowded and noisy downtown, you will not want to leave the place.
    It also has a jacuzzi on its rooftop with an amazing sea view and jungle view

    In case you don't have a car, taxis are available inside the complex any time you would like them. You just need to ask any guard or receptionist and it will appear on your doorstep at the desired time.


    The building is only less than 300 feet from the beach!
    The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a big beautiful terrace with a rooftop that has a jacuzzi.
    Walking distance from the apartment you can use the tennis courts, gym, and beach club available at no cost, we also have a SPA and a super nice golf course inside Corasol
    .

    It's located on the 3rd floor with elevator access (we have disabled access from the street also).

    The complex has two very delicious restaurants on site.

    Probably the biggest pool and gardens you will ever see in the Riviera Maya. Also, the other apartments are far so it's such a good place to find peace and privacy.

    It is managed directly by the owners so anything you could need is easy to arrange.

    We have an alliance with a private chef if you ever want Michelin-star cuisine in the apartment.

    This is truly a gem in Playa del Carmen you will never want to go back!

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful time at Jorge’s beautiful condo. The condo was comfortable and clean, the pool and beach were absolutely gorgeous, and we were 10 minutes by car to all of the restaurants and outdoor community in Pmaya del Carmen. Amazing grounds and location

Ideal settings for a family with kids of all ages. Gigantic pool and surrounding grounds are fantastic for youngsters. Adults can enjoy a beautiful beach with all water activities. The two restaurants on site are very good with a good diversity of dishes. We all had a blast.

This VRBO is in a very safe, clean, and inclusive condo complex. The unit was very clean and spacious. The food at both restaurants was not expected and a huge surprise. Best part, the food was excellent. Our host was responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Beautiful and Quiet Penthouse

The view was amazing, and the home is very practical for a family of four with two children. This is a perfect place for relaxation (spa was incredible), and the spa will do room services by reservation. The host was very easy to work with and very accommodating. We will be back.

Perfect apartment for a beach getaway

The apartment was perfect for all of us, the rooms were clean and very comfortable. It was well equipped for a pleasant stay in family, the appliances are new. We loved the sea view and the private beach, the condo is very chilled and we could relax. We stayed in September & it was quiet & relaxing! The views were great & the pool was very inviting! It cost us about $20 or $350 pesos to get a cab into town. The condo was very clean & easy to access! Felt very safe with 2 security gates.

The Mareazul complex is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are immaculately maintained, and security is excellent. We felt completely safe letting our 12-year-old go back and forth between the pool and the condo, which was a huge plus. The oceanfront restaurant has great food (get the grilled shrimp!), the view from the condo is stunning, and the beach is truly unparalleled — the best beach I’ve ever been to.Jorge was a very responsive and thoughtful host who genuinely tried to help whenever issues came up. He even arranged for a high chair for our stay, which we really appreciated. There’s also a cooler in the condo, which was handy for bringing drinks down to the pool.That said, I’m sharing the following to inform future travelers, not to be overly harsh, as Jorge was a good host. The condo itself is in need of a refresh and appears not to have been personally checked in some time. The kitchen sink barely drains, the dishwasher handle is almost detached, and a bathroom door handle has fallen off. The couches are stained and ripped (though Jorge mentioned they are being replaced). The deck furniture has no cushions and the rattan is torn, making the deck unusable. The jacuzzi tub does not work. The hot water tank was off on arrival, several light bulbs were burned out, and the TV remotes had dead batteries. The washer and dryer barely functioned, which was difficult for a longer stay, and we had to use another unit’s machines.

Loved the pool, restaurants, ocean, views... The condo needs to be upgraded. They need to be running dehumidifiers to remove the smells. The roof hot tub is in poor condition.

We loved this place. The resort and playa is amazing! Jorge was so helpful in many ways. We actually had an issue with the TV and reached to him. He has a repair man there the next day installing a bigger new tv. Excellent hospitality!

We absolutely loved this apartment!!! Wonderful stay!

It was really lovely to go to this apartment, it has a very good setup. Very comfortable beds, nice Lacoste sheets, well-equipped kitchen with everything necessary, 70-75 inch smart TV in the main living room, and the internet works super fast. Everything seems in very good condition. We enjoyed the restaurants on-site and the convenience store in the reception is a big plus. We wish we could have stayed more because the views from the balcony are absolutely amazing!!!
