I had communicated ahead of time that we had a large van. Upon arrival, the van did not fit in the underground lot. The desk clerk offered no help at all, just told us we were out of luck. He did not acknowledge us when we came in but continued with a casual conversation until I had to interrupt multiple times to get service. He was very rude throughout the process and we had to ask him to please start our check-in process so we could access our rooms. It was very late at night, we were exhausted, and he was very unhelpful. Also VERY rude when we tried to get breakfast vouchers and would not acknowledge us when we stood at the counter.
The attendant at the door, on the other hand, was so helpful. He took our luggage to our rooms, showed us around the rooms, trie to help with the parking situation, and was very kind and helpful. I couldn't say enough about thim. Overall, the breakfast was good and the rooms were great, but I wouldn't stay here again due to the rudeness of the front desk clerk. If I'm paying for a service, I would expect to be treated civilly.
