You may be sent elsewhere

The space is nice and big. However, we went to the address on the email and it was the wrong place and we were NEVER told where the other place was. We waited 1 ½ hours until this was resolved thanks to my niece-otherwise we may have been stranded! We spent $10 on a taxi only to walk back from where we came from. The apt could use a washer & dryer as the space is there for them. The bed wasn’t very comfortable & we only had 2 pillows. Good amount of towels. 10-15 min walk from ADO. Appreciated the TV as we have Netflix account. Nice cold AC. Pool small and quiet. Comy sofa’s.

Overall my experience here wasn’t good. My room was broken into twice. I noticed it the first time when one of the bedroom doors was left open when I clearly remember closing all them and the second one was when I left once again for the day and came back and two of my gold rings were missing. I asked the front office but all they said was that no one could go in because they didn’t have the password to go inside the room. My stay here was filled with disappointment, not only my room got broken into and got stolen but also the quality of the room was something else. The sheets were dirty and the water always came out either brown or yellow. Overall would not recommend this hotel. Save your money and go somewhere else

No tienen comunicación con el huésped, les marque y les mande mensaje ya que la reserva era para 5 personas y decía que era cama King zice y era matrimonial y solo para 4 personas, les pedí toallas y papel y las llevaron el último día de mi estadía , esta terrible la atención nada recomendable , pésimo lugar , de hecho ya está la denuncia en la profeco !

Desastre total. Muy sucio.

Desafortunadamente la estancia no es como la pintan en el anuncio. Esperábamos un lugar y llegamos a otro. Aparentemente la empresa tiene diferentes alojamientos, sin embargo, al hacer la reservación, nos enviaron una dirección que no era la que correspondía y de esto nos enteramos hasta que llegamos en taxi al lugar. El encargado nos ofreció movernos a donde “él nos estaba esperando”, no aceptamos porque ya estábamos muy cansados, no queríamos tener que tomar otro taxi e ir a otra parte y además me aseguró que el alojamiento tenía tina, algo indispensable debido a que mi esposo tiene problemas de espalda que después de tan intensa jornada necesitaba aliviar con agua caliente. Finalmente el encargado llegó al lugar, nos explicó los detalles y se retiró. Al empezar a organizar nuestras cosas notamos cosas como: - Terrible suciedad, especialmente en la cocina y los dos baños. El encargado nos dijo que el departamento había sido recién sanitizado. - La tina del baño no tenía tapón, cómo iba entonces a funcionar? - La Tina tenía vellos púbicos!!! - La zona del inodoro tenía un intenso olor a orines. - El agua del inodoro no funcionaba apropiadamente, no descargaba. - En el otro baño, el inodoro tenía enormes manchas cafés. - La cocina muy sucia, sin siquiera un jabón para poder lavar los trastes, alguna toalla de papel mínimo. - El ventilador del baño y los de la sala con un ruido que no deja descansar. En resumen: para NUNCA volver

Location is great as well as the communication with the community manager. However, this is a very low budget accommodation. The pictures look a lot better online than in person. Carmen Sol Rentals has several properties they manage so don't be blinded by pictures of other, nicer properties within their portfolio. I was in Rinconada del sol, a first floor 1 br apartment for 3 weeks. It needs some renovations and I was a bit concerned about security since the locks looked flimsy. But they have a security person at the entrance, which is nice. For house keeping you need to be there since the cleaning crew does not have keys. While it meets the basic needs the homey feel just isn't there. Decorative pictures were taken down (hooks are still left) and the bed and love seats are very uncomfortable. The kitchen ware is also very old so I mostly ate out and bought some cleaning supplies, new sheets and bug spray.

Gerardo was very helpful and accommodating. We were changed to corazon suites which didn't have a pool or exercise room. They didn't let us know about change until day of arrival. The housekeeping staff was excellent. The corner bar was very loud and made it hard to sleep at night. They provided shampoo, washcloths, and pool towels.
