Great location, near 5th ave & the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. ANAH complex includes a rooftop pool, 24 hour security, gym, elevators and underground parking.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, and two twins in the second bedroom. Each room is equipped with a Smart TV, that can access your netflix account. Dishes and cooking utensils provided.

**Important: Balcony Access**
The private balcony is currently unavailable and is not pictured in this listing. Our rates have been reduced to reflect this.

Guests can enjoy full access to the rooftop lounge and pool just one floor above. For administrative purposes, a quick signed acknowledgment regarding the balcony restriction is required at check-in.

NIGHTLY/WEEKLY RENTERS:
***Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. Included in the rate is a credit of 25 kWh (kilowatt Hours) per day towards the cost of electricity. OUR GOAL IS NOT TO CHARGE YOU FOR ELECTRICITY, but for you to be cautious and aware. For heavy use of electricity, any additional consumption beyond the allotment will be charged at a rate of 6 pesos (about 30 cents USD) per kWh, from your security deposit. We will provide tips that will greatly reduce usage, if followed. A photo will be taken on checkin and checkout dates. ***

MONTHLY RENTERS are responsible to pay 100% of their electricity (to take advantage of our "discounted monthly" pricing (the price that shows when you choose more than 28 nights). 6 pesos per kw. We require a larger deposit for monthly renters, this money will be used to pay the electricity at the end of the month/stay. Any balance is returned to the guest.

Great location, recommend!

This apartment was exactly as described. Easy to find, parking beneath the building at no extra charge and close proximity to ocean, many restaurants and shopping. The building was secure and most of our stay was very quiet. Fresh water for drinking was provided for our stay. Would recommend this apartment for a great stay in playa del Carmen!

Great location , condo could use some improvement

The location was great. Walk to 5th Ave and beach. Lots of restaurants in the area. Walk to grocery store and Walmart. I stayed for one month. Here are my comments Jacqueline ( property manager) was very professional and responsive to every issue I raised. The description of the property was a little off as the building office area was listed as “living space” so I thought there would be a table to work on but there was not. This was an issue as I was working remotely. Internet was great - no issues The condo itself needs quiet a few improvements. - could not read the dials for the oven - fan in bathroom was stuffed with towel and not working - couch is very old and when you sit you sink down very low - all taps were very old and leaky - one toilet was not working but they did replace it while I was there could use some hooks for hanging things Overall. I would stay in the building again but not 307a

Great host, place, and perfect location!

This two-bedroom property was perfect for me and my friend. The location was fantastic, the amount of space and layout was exactly what we were looking for, the kitchen was well-equipped and functional, the balcony was a bonus, and the rooftop pool was awesome! I also can't say enough about the host. She was friendly, super responsive, and really helpful as was the front desk guy!

Nice apartment in great location with easy check in. The only down side is there are a lot of rules!! It’s a residential so I can understand why but when on vacation it’s hard to be quiet after 9pm. Ideal for people looking for quiet space

We loved this place. Checking in/out was very easy and quick ! The balcony was really nice. Each morning we would open fully open the huge sliding door and the fresh morning warm air felt very inviting. Kitchen was fully stocked. The complex was easy to navigate around, staff was very friendly. Having a safe place to park our car was really nice also. The condo was clean and comfortable. Loved the rooftop pool. Didn't know that they close the pool at 8pm though. We love night swimming so that stunk but they were cool about it. Just told us to be quiet. Also, their was no ironing board in condo FYI . But these are minor complaints. Overall we had a terrific experience and would love to come back !

Loved it!

We had such a great time at this condo. The place was beautiful, the pool and poolside bar were amazing and the staff were so helpful. They also kept the grounds so pristine and were constantly cleaning. Agustin was great throughout the whole process, and gave us lots of helpful information. The location was also perfect. Just far enough away from 5th that you don't have to worry about noise, but close enough that you can walk there multiple times a day and it's not a big deal. It was also super handy to have the walmart and oxxo so close by. I would recommend this place to anyone.
