The main bedroom offers a king bed and en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed and one individual bed — ideal for families or small groups. Every room is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans to keep you comfortable.

You’ll have exclusive access to your own private rooftop terrace, plus access to a shared rooftop pool. The terrace features a jacuzzi tub with temperate water, perfect for relaxing after a day out.

Inside, the condo includes fast Wi-Fi ideal for remote work, a Smart TV (simply log in to your own streaming accounts), a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals, and a washing machine. A rooftop drying rack is available, and clothes dry quickly in the Caribbean breeze. One assigned parking space is included.

Please note that electricity is expensive in Mexico. Kindly avoid leaving the air conditioning on when you are not in the unit, as excessive or careless use may result in an additional charge. Monthly guests are responsible for 100% of electricity costs (at 7 pesos per kWh) and a larger refundable deposit is required to cover these expenses.
