Great place, especially for the money. Huge room, friendly staff BUT noise at night is unbelievable. If you stay demand a room as far from street as possible. I don't think you can do that but try. Otherwise great, charming hotel.

Ich würde wieder hinfahren!

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer zum Innenhof mit zwei großen Doppelbetten - und das Dank Angebot für rund 80€. Ausgewiesener Tagespreis an der Rezeption war 180€/Nacht. Es gibt auch Zimmer zur Straße, die sind dann sicher laut, unseres war angenehm.

Couple Trip

The hotel is located right where you want to be at playa del carmen downtown, rooms are clean, staff very friendly and it is close to everything. The only thing we didn't like is that they don't have enough parking lot, so you might have to park in a public one and pay $200 pesos for the night. But no hotel in playa del carmen downtown seems to have one, so it's better something than nothing.

1st timer

The location is walking distance from the Ferrie port and one block away from the club Coco Bongo. The staff was very curtious and polite. Nice inside it has a very neat. The pool in the Center is so beautiful and it has plam trees that go as high as the 4th floor. Rooms are nice and clean, very roomy and a good view of the street from the balcony. Highly recommend staying here you can take a Ferrie to Cozumel from here.

Great hotel. Great location. Quick access to 5th and 12th. My only complaint is that air conditioning needed a little more capacity, but it was August in Mexico.

this was my second time at this hotel and I loved it as the first time. great location, good for shopping or going out for dinner and clubbing. they also have a club beach where you can stay close to the beach and drink for a good price.

good location, nice hotel, but unbearable noise from the bar next door

The hotel is just one block away from 5a avenida and two blocks from the beach. The two ado terminals (buses) are a 5 mins walk away. Rooms and pool area are nice enough. BUT the noise is unbearable. There is a bar with live music next door.

Decent hotel with great layout (but needs a slight bit of TLC e.g. shower and some stains on sheets and towels, although all clean. Lovely and friendly staff, who were very happy to help In anyway. Good location!

Great stay

We got this room for around $45/night, and it was well worth the price. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool was fantastic, and the location was perfect. Close enough to the 5th AV hubub and beach to be convenient, but far enough away so that the noise wasn't an issue. We'll definitely come back if the price is right.

Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Stadt und nah am Strand. Es ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar...leider ist es Nachts unsagbar laut und ohne Ohropax kann man nicht schlafen!

Hotel is nice, free parking. Free WiFi. Walking distance to both beach, 5th street and Walmart and the mega store. Stayed before would stay again. Staff very friendly and helpful.
