About this space
Large private room on 5th between 10&12, the most important part of 5th Avenue near the main Bars and Restaurants in the center. One block from Faro beach. If you want to know Cozumel we are 6 blocks from the ferry and 5 blocks from the ADO station. While you are in the heart of the center, the place has a lot of vegetation and large trees.

Other references are Cocobongo one block away and Plaza Corazón half a block away.

For this reason, this area is not very quiet.
The space
The room is surrounded by lots of vegetation and large trees, has a private bathroom, king size bed, AC, fan, minifridge, 150mbps WIFI.

We have a room with tables to drink coffee, water, heat in the microwave or simply rest.

You should also consider that since we are close to the most famous bars in the center, it is not a very quiet area.

讚好：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
Room was very clean and had a cool style. Noise was not a problem for me, with the thick masonry walls. Courtyard was terrific with large trees, birds and cats. Location is great on Quinta Avenida, but it is a bit difficult to find parking. Staff was kind and friendly, but it took a while to pass questions to owner/administrator, and some context was lost in the conveyance. I recommend this place for those who enjoy the city energy and liveliness, with access to the beach and Cozumel ferry dock. Advice, if you have knee troubles, like I do, avoid the 3rd floor. Hotel provided nice shampoo and body wash, but bring your own extra tissues and TP.

Compliqué de trouver l’hébergement.À notre arrivée, les draps étaient tachés, les serviettes dans un état pitoyable : certes propres, mais inadmissibles pour une location.Le parterre était tout sableux, les toilettes à peine propres.Pas de ménage fait pendant 4 jours, pas de changement de serviettes, et ils osent mettre une petite enveloppe pour le pourboire du ménage.J’ai envoyé un message au propriétaire pour le signaler, aucune réponse.De plus, l’emplacement est entouré de boîtes de nuit et de bars qui font du bruit jusqu’à 4 h du matin, et on entend tout.Donc pour faire la fête pas de soucis mais si vous voulez la tranquillité surtout ne loué pas là.
