We’re just a 5-minute walk from the vans to Cancun and Tulum, and 12 minutes walking from the ADO tourist terminal. It’s an easy walk to the beach and 5th Avenue, and we're close to Paseo del Carmen, the shopping and restaurant plaza at the south end of 5th Avenue, right next to the Cozumel Pier.

The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for preparing simple meals. Guests have access to a shared rooftop area featuring hammocks, lounge chairs, and a 40cm shallow dipping pool—ideal for cooling off, though it is not intended for swimming.

Located in a secure building with daily staff, the property is situated in a local neighborhood just away from the main tourist noise. You are within walking distance of authentic restaurants and public transportation.

The rental rate includes electricity, water, and Wi-Fi. For monthly stays, we provide two complimentary cleanings and apply long-term discounts.

From this location, everything you need is within walking distance. Taxis are also easy to get from this central location.

Check in is 24 hours, after 3pm on your first day of rental. You will have a code and let yourself into your condo (provided in our arrival instructions) as soon as you arrive. No waiting for anyone!


We sell 5 gallon tanks of drinking water for 50 pesos or $3 USD.

Free street parking is available.
