Other Things to Note:
Before arrival, we will request a photo of a government-issued ID for each guest staying at the property, along with a signed copy of the condominium regulations. The official ID of each guest is required to authorize access and to comply with the building's rules and good-neighbor policy.
You may encounter local wildlife during your stay (birds, raccoons, geckos, the occasional insect). Please respect them and avoid leaving food outside, as we care deeply for the local environment.
Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap and essentials). Additional cleaning or amenity replenishment is available for an extra cost.
