"The property is located pretty close to the cultural and historic spots of Puerto Plata with easy access to the Bus station, restaurants, beaches, and convenience stores. Bike taxis are typically available beside the building for cheap transportation to various tourists spots. Hector is a fine host who made himself available to provide me with all the required information and also provided great hospitality. "Casa Azul is a convenient place to stay for a short visit to Puerto Plata. Very secure. Comfortable bed. Good size fridge in the room. Daniele communicates well, is very accommodating, shares local information, and provides paid taxi service if she is available. "

"It is a very good spot, close to the historic center, the room is decent , clean, hot water which works, wifi, they have water in the lobby and coffee if you need. The staff is the best always friendly and atentive,specially Markus, but all of them are great.I booked for 3 nights originally which I was going to stay but the next day i hear constructions, so had to leave one day earlier and the hotel refunded my last night. Really appreciate what they did. It is a greta place. Would come again....
