Kitchen/ restaurant/ bar staff was great. Pools were pretty and clean. View was beautiful. Beach access was wonderful and spa was lovely. The hot tub did not work, which was very disappointing! Would have been so nice to have that. Some of the other staff was not wonderful, but was not upsetting ...

We had a great stay at this lovely villa. Very friendly staff on site with shuttles that took us from the reception to our spot. Lovely pools and restaurants on site for easy entertainment in the evenings with a little one. We spent most of our time at the nearby Playa Hermosa beach and enjoyed lovely ...
