Broken kitchen drawer, toilet runs on after every flush, mickey-mouse shower set up, we were obligated to clean pool every day if we wanted to use it, wifi faded in and out, and it generally felt like 'economy' lodging. A bit disappointing. Location is a short walk to beach, which we really liked.”

“Beautiful property and room! The pools are plentiful and never felt crowded—we saw a monkey! Treat yourself to an evening sunset by the lobby bar—breathtaking! The beach is ona beautiful cove. My kids enjoyed the rocky areas for “tidepooling” for hermit crabs, fish, etc. There is a nice reef right off the beach where daily snorkeling activities are available. We saw a puffer fish, some colorful tropical fish and a spotted ray. Note the beach is public, but the locals are friendly and not……

“The bed was not good as it is very soft and older. Rest all is well, kitchen has no salt etc so you need to buy all from scratch to cook but they have all utensils.”

“Sharon at reception was exceptional. She was very thorough, informative and even assisted me with booking shuttles and tours. The property was gorgeous, clean and well maintained. So many pools and maintenance workers upkeeping the exterior. The walk to the Java coffee shop/Wave restaurant is 5 minutes and about 15 minutes to downtown which has many gift shops, restaurants and grocery stores. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe in Coco Beach, as the locals WANT to help you. Golf cart……

“While the proximity to the beach was as advertised, the hotel and pool portion of the cafe were run down and not inline with our expectations for the price. There were loud workers talking outside our door at 4am, the construction next door wafter fire smoke into the room and onto the property at night and in the morning. Giant 4" spider found in the bathroom.”

“The room have an amazing beach view. Could use some renovation as; painting, or cleaning the walls and new pillows. The sheets and towels were clean and very well organized. The Staff were amazing, very helpful and always with a smile. Loved taking the shuttle to go down the beach. The hill is very deep so definitely taking a shuttle was helpful. The FOOD was 10/10. so good perfect portion and the best of having inclusive is that we ate whatever we wanted. The drink tasted like juice so getting……
