“Por un priblema general de la zona no había electricidad. El problema es que ellos tampoco tenían agua. El arreglo era invierto por lo que imposible quedarse en un lugar donde no había agua por un problema de ellos. La idea de balcón estaba bien, pero da directo a la calle y habia mucho ruido de la gente y motos en el super mercado. Y el balcón tenía un olor desagradable entre viejo y sucio. El apartamento parecía bien equipado y el baño amplio. Pero no pudimos hacer uso de nada pir el……

“The workers were great, friendly and helpful. The room was incredibly small, we had the room with two twin beds. The space between the beds was about a foot. Two people could not stand in that space. Incredibly difficult for two people to maneuver around in.”

“The bed was not good as it is very soft and older. Rest all is well, kitchen has no salt etc so you need to buy all from scratch to cook but they have all utensils.”

“Sharon at reception was exceptional. She was very thorough, informative and even assisted me with booking shuttles and tours. The property was gorgeous, clean and well maintained. So many pools and maintenance workers upkeeping the exterior. The walk to the Java coffee shop/Wave restaurant is 5 minutes and about 15 minutes to downtown which has many gift shops, restaurants and grocery stores. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe in Coco Beach, as the locals WANT to help you. Golf cart……

“Stayed with my wife and son. The pool areas are nice and clean, the rooms are clean,but in need of updating. The staff was nice, Grevin was a great bartender, and Javier was a great tour advisor. That’s about where the good things end. The food was very limited, and consistently ran out of items on the menu, not to mention that the menu was basically the same every day. There was no alcohol provided for your room (I’ve never experienced this at an all inclusive resort). I asked on several……

“Ocotal B&B is a clean and well maintained small hotel. It's a few minutes from Ocotal beach and close to Coco. Geldy was very nice and friendly to us. She helped us get wonderful tours and with transportation included. Also, the breakfast is great and the lady that makes it is so nice.”
