"We had a nice time. The house is as advertised, and the location can’t be beat! Playa Ocotal is wonderful, especially during the week. The house was clean and well-stocked. While we were there, one of the AC units went out. The property managers took care of the problem quickly, with great communication. We’d stay here again anytime."

"The property and the room are perfectly kept. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the AC gets nice and cold. We enjoyed the pool in the evenings after spending some time sunning on Ocatal Beach. "

"Great experience. Don't expect "high end" accommodations, but we were very comfortable. The location was super convenient and our Hosts were helpful and welcoming. Beach is excellent, as is the yard and nearby restaurant. The "neighborhood" is fairly small and isolated, but that was a plus for us. Coco is fairly busy and only a 5-min Uber, and we didn't have any problem getting a ride fairly quickly when needed. "

"Julia went over and beyond answering all my questions (tons) to help facilitate a group of 19 women on a Pilates retreat. She even provided 19 mats for us so no one had to travel with them. There are always glitches and issues that arise on any trip; it’s not about being problem free, it’s about how problems are handled. She was professional and caring and the staff was fantastic and a pleasure to work with. The location was also great. Easy walk to restaurant on beach and we were even able to walk to nearby Monkey Farm for horseback riding on the beach. If you go for that activity go for the later ride… the most spectacular sunset on the beach while on horseback was an incredible experience. I look forward to returning with another group and highly recommended"

"Casa Uno was a great vacation for my family of five. We had 3 kids aged 7-17 that were comfortable and felt at home. The lanai was a nice retreat for teenagers and my daughter the immediate access to the beach. We went next door to Fathers Roosters everyday and that restaurant was so nice and welcoming and right on beach with delicious frozen pina coladas and frozen lemonade. It was the perfect location for excursions. The owners were quick in communication and very accommodating. We hope to return one day!"

"Hidden gem! This place has it all. The condo was exceptional. Comfy bed, plenty of ac’s, safe and clean. Mark is the host with the most. His communication and information is top notch. We will be back here. "
