Playa Hilton Ponce

Todo exelente un lugar acojedor

Rooftop was closed. Waited for a room to be ready and ended up being told the door was broken. Choose that room because it had a private patio with a tub on it. Only to grt a complete downgrade with a room that wasn’t safe. Balconette railing was literally crumbling and broken. Rooms don’t ventilate properly causing the floors to get wet when air is on and mold in the bathroom.

This hotel is horrible nice aesthetic but the service is terrible. We booked this hotel and wasn’t aware that they were having problems with the generator. Hotel didn’t send us a notice or a email regarding the issues they were having with the building we found out from other residents that this has been an occurring issue for 3 days prior to our arrival. When we arrived we were told about this issue and was also told that the problem will be solved and we can still be able to access our room and they still took a deposit from us which is unacceptable because they had to evacuate the building within minutes of them just taking a deposit from us because we then had to wait for the deposit to refund back to our card which will take days. They also didn’t provide us any resolution and told us to contact Expedia.
