"The house was in decent shape and relatively clean, but lacked essentials such as sufficient trash bags and dishwasher cleaning products. Two beds on the top floor were in bad shape and had damaged coils piercing out of the bottom. I brought this detail to the property manager's attention, but informed us that a process of review and replacement would have to be done with the owner after we left. Another issue not mentioned in the listing is that the surrounding neighborhood has various completed properties and abandoned structures. The road leading to the house is unpaved and relatively bumpy, so it is not recommended for a low-riding car. The facilities for the enclosed neighborhood are in decent shape, but the largest pool was under remodeling when the workers were asked about it, and the host did not mention this. Finally, the property has optional items that are for sale both on the counter and in the fridge such as water, soda, and general snacks so be aware of that as it was not mentioned in previous instruction sets provided granted I believe an overall review should be made as they currently have three different versions of instructions floating around under Vrbo, San Felipe Vacation, and once you arrive at the property in a printed form."
