“I had stayed at one of the properties before and liked it. This visits was very different in quality. The house was not very clean. We found chips on the floor and the refrigerator smelled like the catch of the day was stored in it. They sent someone to clean it out again once we complained but they had to send someone again the next morning because the smell would not go away. The pool was dirty but they sent someone to clean it the next morning. The anchoring for the glass on the porch ……

“The rooms were clean and adequate for three adults. The staff was welcoming and very helpful; organized a taxi to take my 83 year old mother to a coffee shop downtown. It is in a quiet location and a good area to unplug from electronic devices. If you have mobility issues, you won’t have much to do but sit and look out at the beach from the patio. The swimming pool has a ladder to climb in and out, so we were not able to use the pool at all. We would stay here again if our plan is to relax.”

“Parking was very accessible and easy right in front of the property. Directly across from the beach. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially at breakfast. Traditional Nicaraguan breakfast was served and was very very good. Ask the front desk about activities like surfing and they will easily schedule a pick up for you. “★☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. I booked a room through Expedia and paid almost USD 200, but when I arrived, the front desk couldn't find my reservation. After a long wait, they finally checked me in but told me I couldn't leave the hotel and come back because they were short-staffed. They also said breakfast wasn't available and kept blaming Expedia for the situation. The room smelled strongly of mold and humidity, the bedding didn't feel clean, and the old door lock made me feel……
