“This location is close enough to the US border that it's not a crazy drive, but far enough away that you don't deal with all the traffic and people. It is also easy to find/get to. I took my family for a week to enjoy surfing and the beach, and we got plenty of both. Having a gated community made me feel safer, and it was great being able to wake up each day and walk down to a private beach.”
