Villaviciosa Plaza del Ayuntamiento Hotels

"I had a wonderful stay in Villaviciosa. The apartment location is central with cafes, a bakery, grocery stores, restaurants, and 2 green spaces/parks all within 2-3 mins walk. There is plenty of street parking available. The apartment is clean and spacious enough for 2-3 people. It is managed by a management company, but upon arrival I was put in contact with the owner, Rosa Maria. She was extremely helpful, and very pleasant, and easy, to communicate with. Villaviciosa is a beautiful small town, very close to both Oviedo and Gijon. There are lots of beautiful beaches close by if you have a car. This is sidra country, and I would encourage everyone to dine at one of the many siderias in town, and sample the wonderful local food and sidra. "

"Las escaleras de acceso muy antiguas y muy empinadas ( es un tercero). El piso no tenía aire acondicionado. Las puertas de la cocina y una habitación estaban rotas o no cerraban ( había que mover la cama para poder cerrar la puerta).No había nada de cortesía (café, agua, tés…etc). Los vecinos del primero nos acusaron de tirar colillas por el patio. Cero intimidad con los vecinos de en frente. Lo mejor la ubicación. "
