「Vi ble møtt av et stort smil i resepsjonen ved innsjekk. Fantastisk dame. Vi ble tildelt store, rene og fine rom. Alt vi trengte var på rommet. Kort vei til alt iAltea og med god utsikt. Vi ble servert en utmerket frokost på rommet. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbake. Absolutt å anbefale ikke minst på grunn av damen i resepsjonen.」

「The electronic keys to the room was not working and the staff had to come and open the room everytime. It got fixed the third day of my stay. The hotel is clean and spacious and the staff were courteous. The problem is they didn’t provide water everyday. I was told to purchase it from the bar. The breakfast buffet was ok and nothing to rave about. The hotel is a bit far from the old town and you have to take a cab to go to the old town or walk from 45 mins. Its a nice hotel for the price!」

「Noone at the reception. Tried calling multiple times but no reply. Finally sended at message on WhatsApp and someone showed up. The room is ON the train rails. Sound like it’s going through your head. Otherwise okay clean room. 」

「Las habitaciones muy normales, el desayuno estuvo bien, aunque podrían mejorar el café, pero definitivamente hay una señora en la recepción fatal, se nota que no le agrada su trabajo, muy odiosa, no tiene la más mínima idea de atención al cliente, en cambio el chico que está en turno de noche muy super amable 」

「La habitación muy bien con su terracita y bonita vista al mar, la recepcionista nos ayuda cambiando de habitación ya que habíamos reservado cama doble y nos habían asignado dos camas, pero en seguida lo solucionaron, la atenion en general muy buena, deben mejorar un poco el buffet, muy insípida la comida, pero está aceptable, en época de verano debe estar mejor todo para disfrutar 」
