"Room was clean, staff very helpful(Isis) on point with the chat and services. Bathroom might need some additions like hand lotion, personal towels, and extra pillows for the room."

"Can't say enough about the location. It's in the heart of where you want to be for food, drinks, safety. Staff is super helpful and friendly, rooms comfortable and love the outside seating on the patio. Would stay there again next time in BA. Only two minor complaints (lawn chair on patio super uncomfortable to set on and mattress was a little firm). Not enough to give it anything but 5 starts though. Loved this place. "

"Great location, on a quiet street near a busy area. Walkable to many attractions in the Palermo neighborhood and an easy Uber ride to other parts of the city. Compact room with AC, that we really appreciated and the room was in great condition. Basic breakfast with coffee, tea and a baked pastry, which was just what we needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"The location of the apartment is Palermo was perfect. The subway station is about 10 minutes away and there is a grocery store nearby but make sure to bring your passport. The apartment was very clean and quiet but this is an apartment and not a hotel so there was no cleaning service which I prefer anyway. "
