"Great and Professional Customer Service from both the front desk staff and the staffs from the restaurant offering free breakfast. Hotel location is great easy to walk around in the city downtown center area, 10 minutes walk to Palacio De Belle Artes, Zocalco etc. A lot of restaurants around the hotel. 10 minutes walk to Allende , Zocalo or Belle Artes Metro Station. The Hotel offering free Coffees and snacks which is included in the room rate. Strongly recommend to foreign tourist who are willing to find a best hotel in the Historical Center of Mexico City."

"The location of this hotel, was perfect for getting around on foot or by a rented driver. So much happening in the beautiful park across the street. Within walking distance of several important buildings and museums. The hotel was lovely, with amazing views. The breakfast had a great selection of dishes and the staff was always friendly and helpful! The rooms were modern and very clean and comfortable We had a wonderful stay here and highly recommend it. "

"When I arrived i was told that i was given an upgrade because I was a return client, but I don't know an upgrade from what, the room they gave me was smalller than the one I had the last time and I made a reservation for the same room on my previous trip. So, no upgrade was given to me. The faucet on the sink spray water all over the sink, they are useless because I have to clean the whole sink after using it. 2 times I've been here, but no more. "
