  • CHARMING PERIGOURDINE with covered terrace - Large stone fireplace - Inner courtyard closed by 2 porches covered in slate with 2 gates in aged wrought iron on each side of the house. -Very large stone barbecue with double hearth allowing meals to be taken outside on a 3 m table, handcrafted. You will also appreciate in the evening the proximity of the illuminated swimming pool in a green setting giving an atmosphere of peace and serenity.
    Animals are welcome!




    THE PERIGORD NOIR is bounded by the valleys of Vézère to the West and of the Dordogne to the South. It seduces with its relief, its limestone plateaus dug by the rivers contrasting with its high cliffs which offered the first men many refuges. For proof many prehistoric sites like Montignac, La Roque St Christophe - les Eyzies, Le Bugue .. Een fijn verblijf. Veel te doen en bezichtigen in de buurt. We waren met kleine kindjes. Dat maakte het minder geschikt. Wat te ver van voorzieningen, zoals supermarkt en bakker, in de buurt.

Wonderful pool and outside space!

We loved the swimming pool and the outdoor area including table tennis & badminton. Two options for outdoor dining and large bbq - perfect! We also love the style of the old stone house, typical of this region and restored to a high standard.Inside we had lots of space for our family of 5. We found the upstairs double bedroom too hot (needs air conditioning!) but this was not a problem as our son moved into the large room - with only 5 of us we had lots of options.Location was great - near pretty villages with lots of dining options, 15 mins to intermarche. Lots to see & do in the area including kayaking, caves, castles etc.We love the area and had a fantastic week here!

Tres bon sejour

Avant l'arrivée, la communication etait fluide. Notre hote a ete tres arrangeante pour avancer notre heure d'arrivée. Nous avons adoré le grand dortoir avec la climatisation, la localisation etait parfaite pour rayonner sur la region sans faire trop de route, le cadre et l'environnement proche de la maison etait super nous permettant des balades en foret. Nous avons particulierement apprecié les lits faits a l'arrivée et a ne pas defaire au depart. Peut etre juste un manque de propreté de la vaisselle sûrement lié au locataire precedent. Et la piscine etait un peu fraiche pour les adultes mais super pour les enfants!

Séjour en famille

Très bon séjour! La maison, spacieuse et propre, est idéale pour accueillir de grandes familles avec un espace dédié aux enfants à l’étage qui est un vrai plus. Les différents équipements (piscine, barbecue, table de ping-pong…) sont en très bon état et permettent de profiter pleinement de l’extérieur. A l’intérieur le grand salon- salle à manger permet de se replier en cas de mauvais temps. La maison est suffisamment isolée pour profiter du calme de la forêt mais pas trop afin de permettre de visiter les qq sites touristiques environnants. Les hôtes sont quant à eux très accueillants et bienveillants. Nous recommandons vivement!

Fantastic place to stay.

An absolutely brilliant week. The villa had everything we needed, lotsbic room and a fantastic poolznx garden. The setting is beautigul. We had an issue with the fridge not working and a new one was replaced the same day, coukdnt ask fir bettr response. The day we arrived, we needed some essentials from a shop and the lady who met us there took us to a couple of shops, absolutely fantastic customer service. I would thoroughly recommend the villa and we will be back for sure.

Les enfants ont adoré !

Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Discrétion du propriétaire le matin ( 2 fois par semaines il nettoie la piscine et relève les ordures ménagères pour vous). Les prestations sont fidèles à la description. Néanmoins il y a quelques améliorations à apporter ( fonctionnalité des salles de bain et ustensiles de cuisine parfois à réarmer). Les propriétaires sont venus le dernier jour pour savoir si tout s était bien passé et si il y avait des améliorations à faire. Ce qui est fort appréciable. Enfin le dortoir pour les enfants, la piscine splendide et cet énorme barbecue font de cet endroit le spot parfait pour de très belles vacances dans cette si belle région! A noter le restaurant « le 4 » ( a une dizaine de km)a ne pas rater c est délicieux et très bon rapport qualité prix

Tres beau sejour en famille en Perigord Noir

Belle maison dans style ancien avec tres grande piscine, tres appreciee des enfants et maison bien au calme. Tres proche de Lascaux et de beaux sites troglodytes. Beaucoup de choses a faire/visiter dans les proches alentours. Nous avons beaucoup aime notre sejour. A recommander absolument..
