Gite with a games room on the ground floor with billiards and table football, an extra kitchenette, 1 separate toilet. Upstairs, you have a living room with fully equipped open kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x200), 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet. On the 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140x200) and storage cupboard, 1 bedroom with 2 double beds (130x190), 1 bathroom with toilet.
Geographical location which gives access to the most beautiful sites of Périgord within a radius of 30 km. You benefit from a secure 12mx6m swimming pool to share with a large beach with deckchairs, parasols, solar shower and large wooden terrace with benches made of wooden pallets and cushions. You will also find on site a tennis court, ping-pong tables and a pétanque court to share. We provide equipment: tennis rackets and balls, ping-pong rackets and balls and pétanque balls.
