「Stayed after attending the DUCKS playoff game. Hotels were very overpriced and this fit our needs. A bit of an odd layout, but it was clean and nice. Took a second to find the bathroom switch under the mirror. I was expecting a Townhome based on the name but it's really a lower level ADU on a very nice house. Thank you for sharing your space.」

「Neat and tidy little place in a quiet neighborhood. The second story does have steep stairs that could be a challenge for some. Mattress is very firm in the master. Nice kitchen. Furniture is petite, especially for large people. 」

「We loved this studio! We were visiting family for the holiday and the house was just a little too small for one more couple, so we rented this studio. It had everything we needed and felt warm and cozy, except for the bathroom which was modern, clean, and absolutely lovely. Nothing like lots of family time followed by a glass of wine in quiet relaxing bubble bath. Our dog loved the fenced yard. 10/10. Will stay here next time we visit Eugene. 」
