「The apartment had an unusual layout with a tiny kitchen and the table area down the hall. Two of my brothers and I were in the area for a funeral. We had plenty of space and individual privacy. The description said that there was a bed in the common area, so I booked it for 3 adults. The host informed me that there was not a bed but provided a blowup mattress. When the mattress did not hold air, she immediately provided a new one. The host was very responsive. 」

「Great location, just a block or so off Butler Street. Street parking can sometimes be tricky but that is Lawrenceville for you, overall no issues and we were always able to find a spot within a few blocks and often right outside. There was plenty of space for our family of four; each kid had their own room upstairs (would consider bringing a baby gate if you have a toddler; stairs are also carpeted too) and we all slept great. 「We LOVED our stay! Everything was exactly as described. The property managers were timely in their communication. The location is central to U Pitt, Carnegie Melon, Shady Side, and downtown. The unit was clean and modern, and allowed our family of four to spread out during our stay- a must when traveling with two teenagers!
