This newly built carriage house with a private entrance, contactless check in and fully sanitized two bedroom apartment meets the needs of the conscientious traveler who wants to avoid public hotels while conducting business and pleasure in the area.

Conveniently located less than 5 miles north of the Illinois/Wisconsin Border on Highway C, less than one mile east of I94, makes for easy access. It is perfectly situated in a rural area between Interstate 94 and the Lake Michigan shore. Less than an hour north of Chicago and 40 minutes south of Milwaukee, the site is near both Pleasant Prairie and Kenosha Business Parks and less than an hour away from three International Airports.

If you’re looking for a quiet apartment in a safe area of Pleasant Prairie…this is it! While the entrance to the stairway leading to the apartment is in the hosts’ home, the apartment is truly separate and private with a full kitchen!

We were in town to move our daughter to college. Overall, our stay was fine. Good location, close to our Family that lives locally and lots of amenities. I expected a private entrance and it is not. Ended up fine, just a bit strange. It's an apartment over a large garage and once inside and upstairs, there is plenty of privacy. The furnishings were fine (comfortable beds, etc.) but it was a little odd to see personal items throughout that you generally wouldn't expect to see. Kathy, the owner, was very gracious, offering coffee and encouraging us to look around the downstairs level at her collectibles and whatnot.
