Staffing was decent. They did seem maybe shorthanded, because there was always a sign at the desk. Room was super clean, as well as most hallways, but you could tell that there had been a lot of construction workers through there due to this staining of carpets in the hallway. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Kind of mid-level out of the waffles, watery. Soggy, eggs and not a huge selection. That was probably the worst part of this stay.

The room was clean, but there were fruit flies in it. The floor was cracked and bowed up from what looked like an old leak, yet it was clean. The window didn't shut all the way--if the weather had been bad it would have caused issues. The tv remote only turned on the tv and gave you access to one channel.

Second Wyndham property we stayed at during our road trip (1st stay was in Dubuque - 5 stars). We were disappointed with the Pleasant Prairie property and it was twice the price! Breakfast closed at 9 AM, meager choice of eats.

This hotel has NO ELAVATOR and no one offering to bring your suitcase up the steps . There was a language barrier as well. The carpet is filthy. The bed seemed ok. Very bare bones. Very old feeling. For what it is the price should be more in the $80 range. The breakfast was ok except for the powdered eggs. Parking was ample.
