TAKE THIS HOTEL OFF HOTELS.com!!!!!!!

The customer service capabilities of the women at the front are completely absent. They clearly don’t understand the point of hotel because after booking, they said guest we’re not allowed to have visitors for even a little bit. My sister and I tried to stand outside for a few minutes to talk, and the woman in the front went outside and stood there and stared at us the entire time completely rude. Then she proceeds to call the room after watching us and waiting for us to go back in just to tell us that my sister had to leave even though she had been there for less than 15 minutes. These rude, terribly mannered women have no business, running a hotel and clearly do not understand anything about American hospitality. The check-in process took forever because they didn’t even know what they were doing in their system, and they continued to argue with each other and so finally they were able to book us after signing three different contracts none of which had anything to do with the rules, saying visitors were not allowed. I had stayed in this hotel before for a couple days and I will never stay here again. They are completely rude and their attitude is complete trash. Do not stay here. And if I had one recommendation, it would be to keep on driving for hotels.com to remove this hotel off of their site. These people are horrible rude people. And they have no common sense for human decency or how to treat people on a social level. There is no profanity in this statement

Bed was very comfortable. Room was cleaned well but strong mildew smell. Probably where carpet has been cleaned and not dried properly. Overall it was a nice stay.

Rude Staff

First of all the front desk was rude and hostile as soon as you walked in. Even though it was prepaid through Hotels.com and also protect him with Wyndham, which had my credit card and license they still request an additional $50 deposit well at first the girl told me 4910 then it was 50. The price isn’t bad. It’s nice and clean with the staff sucks

Clean room and cold AC

Check in was easy and friendly. Room and restroom was clean. I was in rm #115. A/C was cold and i slept like a baby. Breakfast was Ehh.

The room had a horrible odor, I think coming from the ac unit and the carpet. I reported to the front desk and they took a note. Also the daily rate was way too high for this type of motel.

The front desk took forever to check in. She had to be on the phone with someone the entire time telling her house to check someone in. The room was filthy, stains on the bedding and bathtub had dirty in it.

We just spent the night. Enjoyed the pool, and all was good once we got the air conditioner to stay on. Took a while to cool off our room, but it finally did, and we slept good.

When I checked in they charge me a $50 deposit which I wasn’t aware of until I got there overall I did rest the night but the cleaning this carpet stains out of date furniture just didn’t seem very very well taken care of when I go and stay again probably not
