- Located in Pléneuf-Val-André, this 130 m² house accommodates up to 5 guests close to beaches, the golf course and local shops. Vallées beach is approximately 950 m away, the golf course approximately 900 m away and the town centre approximately 1 km from the property.
On the ground floor, the spacious living area combines a lounge with sofa and television with a dining space for 8 guests. The fully equipped kitchen is suitable for everyday holiday meals, with gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine and useful equipment for the stay.
Sleeping arrangements include:
- 1 ground-floor bedroom with double bed 140x190 and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower
- 3 upstairs bedrooms with double bed 140x190 each
The commercial capacity remains limited to 5 guests despite the four double bedrooms available.
