- Located across from the entrance to the Pleneuf Val André golf course—whose seaside course is ranked among the most beautiful in Europe—and 400 m from the beach, a tastefully decorated 100 m² house featuring, on the ground floor, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with an en suite bathroom and separate toilet; and on the ground floor, two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet. 300 m² garden with a terrace and patio furniture.<br>Very quiet.
