Your holiday rental includes, on the ground floor: a living room with a wood-burning stove, leading up a short step to a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room (shower and toilet), and a storage/laundry area. Upstairs: a large mezzanine bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a flat-screen TV. Outside: a 15 m² wooden terrace and a small 85 m² garden with flowers and trees. Private parking is available at the edge of the property on the street side. A truly charming cottage. In the small village of Pleubian in the Armor region, close to shops, this typical Breton house has been beautifully renovated with high-quality furnishings and a harmonious, trendy, nautical-inspired décor. Here, you'll be immersed in nature at the tip of the Lézardrieux Peninsula, surrounded by unspoiled wilderness, just 400 meters from the famous Sillon du Talbert, a wide shingle beach extending over 3 km into the sea (unique in Europe). Séjour très agréable et reposant

La localité, la maison très jolie et agréable, confortable et bien équipée. Elle est entourée d’un très joli jardin, dans un voisinage particulièrement calme. Tout cela dégage une énergie positive et en fait un endroit où l’on arrive à se ressourcer. La maison se situe au cœur de la réserve naturelle et à quelques centaines de mètres du Sillon de Talbert . Des alentours qui méritent absolument un détour. La propriétaire est très accueillante et disponible.
